    • Specific gravity of powder: 0.8 kg. per litre 
    • Typical consumption: 0.8 kg. per sq.m. for a thickness of 1 mm.
    • Work usability duration: approx. 120 min.
    • Setting time: 350 min.
    • Specific thermal conductivity: 0.26 W/mk
    • Fire resistance: A1
    • Flexural strength: in excess of 1 MPa
    • Compressive strength following 28 days: in excess of 2 MPa
    • Bond strength: in excess of 0.1 MPa
    • Holds SI 3970 mark for B4, 50, 2 lightweight gypsum plaster for building designation 
    • Holds Green Standard Label
