- Specific gravity following oven drying: below 400(±3%) kg. per cu.m.
- Work usability duration: up to an hour
- Capillary absorption coefficient: K < 0.4 kg/ m²h¹ᐟ²
- Typical consumption: Approx. 3.4 sq.m. per bag for a thickness of 20 mm.; volume: 75 litres
- Typical thermal resistance (R) for thickness of 1: 0.087 m²K/W
- Thermal conductivity when dry (λ1): 0.110 m²K/W
- Design thermal conductivity (λ): 0.126 m²K/W
- Fire classification under SI 755: V.4.3
- Compressive strength following 28 days: in excess of 1.20 MPa
- Tensile bond strength following 28 days: equal to or greater than 0.20 MPa
- Holds SI 1414 mark for 400 designation
