High-Quality Additives and Finishing Products for Office Towers
The two towers were built on an area of 105,000 sqm and include office floors, commercial spaces, and both above- and underground parking with 1,980 spaces. The towers are connected by a shared lobby that serves as a covered passageway, featuring a culinary complex spanning approximately 1,700 sqm.
One of the project’s main challenges was managing the site’s groundwater—an issue that demanded precise engineering planning and highly complex underground works. BG Bond was responsible for waterproofing the floor and walls of the -4 level parking area. The raft slab casting in this section was especially complex, requiring a continuous one-day pour of nearly 3 meters in thickness and 6,000–7,000 cubic meters of concrete. The pour, executed with seven pumps, was closely supervised on site by ten BG Bond team members, who oversaw the integration of Kryton concrete additives into the mix.
In addition, BG Bond supplied the project with 36,368 finishing products, including adhesives, plasters, grouts, coatings, and paints.
