High-Quality Crystalline Additive for Underground Works
Drachim, part of the Ashtrom Group, is leading the construction of an advanced data center complex spanning approximately 14,000 sqm in Petah Tikva. This highly complex project is being built mostly 9 meters below the groundwater level and 16 meters below ground level. The foundation works required for the underground floors involved continuous groundwater lowering and the application of advanced waterproofing solutions.

As part of the casting process of the project’s lower floor, BG Bond supplied 6,000 kg of high-quality Kryton crystalline concrete additive, based on advanced crystalline technology. The additive is designed for waterproofing water reservoirs, swimming pools, parking areas, basements, tunnels, and more—serving as a replacement for conventional waterproofing layers.
