Underground Parking Waterproofing in a Residential Project
The AMIM Towers project by Minrav is being built on a 3.5-dunam site and will feature two 33-story luxury towers, 220 residential units, and a four-level underground parking facility.
BG Bond carried out the waterproofing works for the parking area—including floors, retaining walls, and technical rooms—using KRYTON’s crystalline system. The works included full on-site supervision of the slab casting process with a crystalline additive that sealed the concrete from within and protected the reinforcing steel. This high-quality additive offers multiple advantages, including the ability to bridge concrete cracks up to 0.5 mm and withstand hydrostatic pressure of up to 140 meters. Its use effectively eliminates the need for external concrete waterproofing preparations, thereby shortening construction timelines and enabling strict quality control throughout the process.
